I've always wanted to dye my hair like that. Sice I say goodbye to my hairbangs and made centre parting I finally can do it.
Black is hard to bleach so I guess I stay with two color hair for a while ^^

I have bilion exams so just a little preview of my newest corset from Corsetry & Romance (you must check this link! Palina is one of the most talented people I know and really kind person).

And little bonus as my birthday gift from my family I ordered another corset from C&R.

My hair care routine

Ten post to baza i wprowadzenie do kolejnego dotyczącego tonerów LaRiche. Będzie to recenzja w której pokażę jak wypłukuje się kolor. Jednak wypłukiwanie koloru w dużym stopniu zależy od tego jak dbasz o włosy, więc wcześniej powinnam wspomnieć jak dbam o swoje.

This is base and introduction to upcoming post about LaRiche toners. It will be long review with many photos so you will see how color is fadeing, but fadeing depens on how you care about your hair so see how I care of mine.

Myję włosy dwa do trzech rady w tygodniu, później je rozczesuję grzebieniem. Co ważniejsze, myję je w letniej wodzie - pomaga to zamknąć łuski włosa. Czasami kiedy pozostałości po mojej grzywce wyglądają koszmarnie prostuję przód włosów. Właściwie to tyle. Nie stosuję żadnych specjalnych terapii, nie jestem na specjalnej diecie, po prostu używam czterech kosmetyków. 

I wash my hair two or three times a week, then comb them. What's important - I wash hair in lukewarm water, it helps closing hair cuticles. Sometimes when my hairbangs looks terrible I straighten them and thats all. I don't do any massages, I'm not on any special diet, I just wash my hair and use  just 4 hair care products. 

• Yves Rocher Hair Repair Oil

Używam go dwa/trzy razy w miesiącu. Po prostu nie mam czasu na olejowanie włosów za każdym razem kiedy je myję. Producent twierdzi, że "Dzięki niemu Twoje włosy będą intensywnie odżywione i odbudowane." i ma 100% racji.

I use it two/three times a month. I just don't have time for oiling my hair every time I wash my hair. "Result: the hair is ultra soft and shiny." and that's 100% truth.

• Yves Rocher Purifying Shampoo

Jak można się domyślić Yves Rocher jest moją ulubioną marką, dodatkowo lubię zapach pokrzywy, więc po wypróbowaniu ich innych szamponów pozostałam przy tym.

As you can see Yves Rocher is my favourite cosmetics brand and I like smell od nettle so after testing all other shampoos I stayed with this one.

• L`Oreal, Elseve Total Repair Extreme

No dobra, skład nie jest najlepszy, ale mówcie co chcecie, na moich włosach sprawdza się świetnie.
Przy okazji, jeśli któraś z włosomaniaczek zna odżywkę, która jest tak rewelacyjna i nie kosztuje milionów może podrzucić mi jej nazwę ;)

Ok, composition of this one isn't great, but it works great for my hair.

• Rinsing Vinegar

Jeśli chodzi o utrzymywanie się tonerów na włosach to jest zdecydowanie najważniejszy z produktów, których używam. Poza tym co obiecuje producent zamyka łuski włosa przez co kolor wypłukuje się dużo wolniej.

Probably the most important product, beacuse it closes hair cuticles so toner stays on hair longer.

Nic niezwykłego, jednak dla mnie taka pielęgnacja jest idealna. Tonery potrafią trzymać się na moich włosach dwa miesiące albo nawet dłużej. Zresztą nadal mam ślad po turkusie, którym farbowałam włosy w styczniu ;)

Pretty simple, but it works for me and toners stays on my hair for two months or even longer.

DIY backpack

For a long time I was looking for nice backpack. My last one died in high school and since then I wear handbags. But sometimes backpack is much more comfortable, for example when you are carrying laptop, books, notebooks and whole universe in your handbag. You know, woman's handbag is like TARDIS, bigger on the inside... Unfortunately all I found was ugly, expensive or both. 

Then I went to Lokaah strore, I really don't know why, I don't like all this oriental stuff, but what I found was absolutely awesome - quite pretty backpack. After few modifiacations I can say that it's perfect for me.

I decided to painted black upper part of backpack and upper part of pockets, unseam producent's logo and pin my favourite pins. Not really big changes but in my opinon now it looks so much better.

Nymph

I'm so glad, green colour is really quickly leaving my hair and now I look more like nymph/mermaid than Hulk xD Also after 8 years I returned to centre parting.

Do little time do many deadlines on my studies >< I hope that next posts will be longer.

Accidentally I'm green >< I went to my favourite store where I always buy toners and asked for La Riche alpine green. But later, after dyeing my hair I saw that something is wrong. My hair was green-green not blue-green >< I checked toner name and I saw "Apple green" not "Alpine green".

I never wanted to have green or orange hair!

But what can I do now... I don't have money to buy new toner so I guess this month will be green.

Iron Fist Day of the Dead

I haven't got much time for writing recently, I have so much work on my studies (oh I hate doing transcriptions so much >< ).

Yesterday I went to secondhand afret almost 6 month break and I found something crazy. I couldn't believe when I saw Iron Fist heels, fortunately in my size ^^

As every Iron Fist shoes they are really comfortable. I have other IF heels in this shape and probably that's my favourite heels without platform.

Colorful hair girl problems #1

I guess all girls with colorful hair has this problem. "Ow you looked do much prettier with natural hair", "Why yout hair is green? Are you alien?", "Pink hair? Are you 5 years old?", "It's just stupid and so unnatural" an so on, and so on...

I'm kind of used to all these questions and not so polite comments. I feel great when my hair are dyed pink, green, blue or purple and none close-minded person can't change it. My natural hair are so boring, plain brown with some blonde highlights booooriiiiingggggg!

Have you ever dyed your hair to any crazy color? Or maybe crazy hairstyle? I still remember my Batman bangs...

I like to know how you deal with unpleasant comments. :)

Medicine I love you!

I went to mall, because I was looking for book. Unfortunately next to bookstore was Medicine, which is my favourite shop, and I decided to see if they have sale or new prints.

But what I saw first leave me speachless for few minutes. I saw Nick Cave's face, next to him was David Bowie, John Lennon and Tom Waits. And then common sense went for a walk and I walked from store with Nick Cave and Tom Waits.

I should save my money for corset from Corsetry&Romance (project is insane and I can't wait to see it on corset), but how can I say no to these gentlemen?

Stained Glass Underbust full review in polish

Obiecana recenzja witrażowego gorsetu z Restyle.

Na zakup zdecydowałam się spontanicznie, jednak mimo wszystkich mankamentów nie żałuję mojej decyzji.

Tradycyjnie zacznijmy od materiału. Gorset jest wykonany z czarnej dosyć grubej bawełny, dzięki czemu jest idealnie matowy. Plusem jest to, że w przeciwieństwie do matu z PaperCats nie zbiera aż tak dużo kłaczków. 

Jak podaje sklep nadruk wykonany jest metodą cyfrową. Print jest "wtopiony" w materiał i niewyczuwalny w dotyku, nie można go zadrapać czy oderwać. Spokojnie można zapinać busk bez obawy, że uszkodzimy tkaninę pod spodem. Bok nadruku ozdabia przepiękna koronka, taka sama znajduje się przy wiązaniu.

Przechodzimy do nadruku i tutaj pojawia się pierwszy minus; mianowicie prawa i lewa strona nie są do siebie dopasowane. Busk nie dzieli printu na dwie równe połowy; powinien być przesunięty kilka milimetrów w prawo. 

Drugim minusem jest napis. Zamiast "Who could ever learn to love a Beast?" widzimy "Who could ver learn to love a ast?". Szczęście w nieszczęściu, że cytat nie jest pierwszą rzeczą, która rzuca się w oczy.

Jednak sam print jest tak szczegółowy i pięknie wykonany, że wybaczam te dwa mankamenty.

Przejdźmy teraz do największego plusa, a mianowicie busku, który jest bardzo sztywny i szeroki, dzięki czemu idealnie spłaszcza brzuch.

Jednak to właśnie busk okazał się równocześnie największym minusem. A uściślając kiepskie szycia. Po niecałym tygodniu puściły szwy przy busku. Gdyby nie szybka interwencja i wprawne oko LadySariel, któregoś dnia busk zostałby mi w ręku. Na szczęście nawet takie krawieckie beztalencie jak ja potrafiło wszystko ładnie zszyć, jednak niesmak pozostał i teraz non stop wypatruję prujących się nitek.

 

Podczas przycinania zdjęć zauważyłam, że również dolna lamówka postanowiła się odpruć.

Gorset posiada panel kryjący, który wszyty jest z boku (osobiście wolę panele podwieszane, ponieważ przeważnie sama wiążę gorsety i mam ogromne trudności z ładnym ułożeniem panelu wszytych z boku).  Posiada także underbusk, dzięki któremu jaśniejsze bluzki nie będą prześwitywały pod buskiem.

Metalowe oczka przy wiązaniu zostały wbite równolegle i starannie. Tutaj dochodzimy do kolejnego niewielkiego mankamentu, mianowicie sznurek jest nierówno przewleczony. Część z Was może to uznać za moje marudzenie, w końcu w każdej chwili mogę go przesznurować (co zresztą uczyniłam od razu po zrobieniu zdjęcia). Nie jest to ogromny minus, ale płacąc niemalże 200 zł nie spodziewałam się czegoś takiego. Zwłaszcza, że nawet przy chińskich pseudo-gorsetach nie natrafiłam na błędy wiązania.

Jestem pozytywnie zaskoczona modelowaniem. Nastawiłam się, że będzie to bardziej tuba niż gorset, a jak widać talia jest delikatnie wymodelowana. Oczywiście wolałabym uzyskać nim taki efekt jaki dają gorsety z PaperCats czy RebelMadness, ale nie jest źle.

plusy:

- Piękny i trwały nadruk

- Zadowalające modelowanie

minusy:

- Print przesunięty w lewo

- Busk ucinający napis

- Prujące się szwy

- Krzywo przewleczony sznurek

- Brak taśmy wzmacniającej w talii

Materiał: czarna bawełna 

Fiszbiny: 16 stalowych spiralnych i 4 stalowe płaskie przy wiązaniu

Underbusk: tak

Waist tape: nie

Panel kryjący: tak

Podsumowanie: 

Niestety kolejny raz Restyle postawiło na design zapominając o stronie technicznej. Nadruk jest przepiękny, ale ma też błędy. Modelowanie jest ładne, ale mogłoby być większe. Na pierwszy rzut oka gorset ładnie wykonany, ale po dwóch sznurowaniach puszczają szwy przy busku.

Nie żałuję, że go kupiłam, jednak jest to zasługa tylko i wyłącznie mojej miłości do "Pięknej i Bestii", gdyby wzór był inny składałabym reklamację.

Ocena: 5/10

Stained Glass Underbust preview

I'm not a big fan of Restyle, but when I saw corset inspired by Beauty and the Beast I knew soon it will be mine.  

First full print. I was suprised that it looks so beautiful. So many details an uuuuh... as huuuge fan of Beauty and the Beast I'm just speechless. 

Rose is definitely the most beautiful part of whole print. 

I am totally in love with this corset but still I can see small weak points.

First one is fact that print should be located a little more to right side. Can you see lightning in the sun? Yes, that's what I'm talking about.

Other thing is quote from movie. It should be "Who could ever learn to love a Beast?" but all I can see is "Who could ver learn to love a ast?"

But as I said at the beging I love Beauty and the Beast and I can turn a blind eye to the defects.

I'll try to post full review and more pictures in next week if I have enough time (exams ><)
